The Client
We need an app that can convert our previous work space to a single app where we can offer users the best experience for the party life in Vegas.
The Challenge
Implement a flexible chat system that behaves like a one-on-one for users but is actually one-to-many for admins—so any admin can see incoming user messages, and all admins know which colleague replied.
The Solution
All chats are stored in a central data structure that includes both the user and a set of admins. Whenever a user sends a message, it’s broadcast to every admin, and any admin’s reply is flagged accordingly to show who responded. This ensures that all parties share the same conversation history and can immediately see which admin answered
